About Me

I’m Elizabeth, a nonprofit technology consultant with more than a decade of experience working with nonprofits.

In 2015, I started my career at Blackbaud, where I worked as an implementation consultant and later became a team lead. I’ve always liked problem-solving: understanding how things work, talking through challenges, and finding solutions that fit.

Today, I work with nonprofits through my own consulting practice, focusing on Raiser’s Edge NXT. I started my practice because I wanted to work more closely with organizations and the people behind their databases. I enjoy getting to know how your team works, what you’re trying to accomplish, and where things are getting in the way. Sometimes the answer is a quick fix. Other times, it takes a little more digging.

And when I’m not working with databases, I’m probably working with grapes. I’m also a winemaker and the owner of a small Texas wine brand. The two jobs may seem pretty different, but I’ve found they have more in common than you might expect. Both require patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to figure things out as you go.

Whether you need a few hours of help each month or someone to take on a larger project, I want working with me to feel straightforward, useful, and personal.
